HOME ENERGY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (HEAP)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: HEAP 24-25 program opens November 1, 2024. The 1st and 2nd Emergency HEAP for heating and/or utility will begin 1/2/25. Go to the NY State HEAP site to learn more about the HEAP program.
